Transfer For WHMCS helps your customers to transfer the products in their accounts to another client, and our module makes the process safer and easier. Let you get out of the tedious manual audit and ticket of the transfer, and you don't need to worry about any disputes caused by the transfer.
The customers can't transfer their products immediately after they activate the transfer function, instead, they need to wait for a few days, which we call "Trusting Pending". The default Trusting Pending is 7 days, and it can be changed at any time as you want. This can protect your customer's assets from dispute and fraud.
In addition, we understand that the email account and password are not secure enough in some scenarios; our module provides an additional user security authentication function. The customer has to wait for another Trusting Pending after they change their email address or password.
As an administrator, this module offers the option of skipping the Trust Pending. You only need to change the status of customers on the module management page; you can even put a restriction on an unsafe customer from using the transfer function.
Don't like to allow a kind of product to be transferred within the client? Yes, this module also allows you to disable transfer for specified products or product groups.
The module will automatically import email templates from WHMCS, and you can find them in System Settings -> Email Templates and modify them according to your wishes.
Some provision modules need extra actions when transferring. Our module also provides Custom Hooks which allows you to write codes as your own needs to handle all tasks before and after the transfer.
